How It Works:

1. We use specialist ink with a large-format CMYK printer.

2. The design is directly printed onto a coated PET film.

3. An adhesive powder is applied to the transfer, ensuring it adheres to any garment.

4. Curing in an oven bonds the adhesive, making the transfer ready for application.

5. Heat press the transfer onto the garment—no pre-treatment required.

Artwork Guidelines:

• Preferred formats: .PDF, .PNG, .Ai with a transparent background at 300 dpi.

• We’ll notify you if artwork doesn’t meet our standards.

Remember, the quality of your supplied images matters. Opt for high-resolution files with transparent backgrounds for optimal results.  If it’s not good enough for print we won’t print it and will inform you.

You also need a heat press as an household iron isn’t good enough for the pressure needed to andhere the transfer and results won’t be consistent.
